Once you have completed the TM course, you are not left on your own. You can contact certified TM teachers for additional support. In addition, the TM app allows you to review important elements of the course.

Group meditations (online or in person) bring together people who practise TM. They help you maintain a regular practice, share your experiences and integrate meditation into your daily life.
Continue and deepen your practice
If you wish, you can deepen your practice of TM through retreats or advanced techniques. This will allow you to achieve an even deeper level of inner peace and accelerate your personal development.
Frequently asked questions
The standard price for a TM course is €996 (including VAT). Discounts are available for children, students and people on very low incomes, subject to consultation with the TM teacher. This price includes the course itself, as well as lifelong personal guidance and/or participation in group meditations.
